We Work By Retainer
- Retainers help by allowing enough scheduled time and support for each client.
- It also allows for those "emergency" projects that happen. Every client has them at some time.
- The retainer rate and hours are reviewed quarterly and has been proven to help Indy's clients succeed in time management and budgeting.
- Cash, checks and credit cards accepted.
Monthly Virtual Assistant Packages
- Need a set number of hours each week and want priority service, purchase a monthly plan.
- Monthly plans are available for 5, 10, 15, and 20 hours a week.
- Plans are paid on the first of every month.
- Each monthly plan guarantees a weekly telephone or web conference and bi-weekly statements of work.
- If you need help sporadically inquire into our pre-purchased hours that do not expire.
Indy's Graphic Design Services
- Graphic design projects can be billed at our normal hourly graphic design rate. (Retainer still req'd)
- OR work can be purchased at a per project standard all-inclusive rate. (Recommended)
- If you will be needing regular changes on your graphic design projects, consider buying a block of design hours at a special rate.
